The CCC is a city-wide HIV services provider, serving communities and populations that are among those with the highest rates of HIV in the city.

The CCC provides care to an ethnically and racially diverse patient population from throughout the metropolitan New York City area.

While the majority of patients come from the hospital’s primary service area - Chelsea, Clinton, East Harlem, Central Harlem, Morningside Heights and the Upper West Side of Manhattan - patients also come from the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, New Jersey and upstate New York.
